Objective: My objective is to be selected for a dietetic internship upon graduating from the Health and Human Development-Food and Nutrition program of Montana State University in May 2013.
Experience Quality Assurance-MSU Bozeman September 2011-now
· Duties included monitoring accurate dates, time and temperature controls for the food services in the MSU-Bozeman SUB.
· Job required ServSafe certification as well as periodic testing to ensure health codes are being followed.

Hooters restaurant August 2007-August 2009
· Food and alcohol server, shift manager.
· I was selected to be a Corporate Hooters Girl Trainer, which requires specific courses on training new servers as well as TIPS training.
Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar January 2005-December 2007
· Food and alcohol server
· Gained experience as a shift manager, which requires server training and delegating responsibilities to fellow employees.

Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, dietetics concentration. Anticipated date of graduation: Spring 2013. Overall GPA: 3.41.
2) University of Montana Spring 2005-Fall 2008
Capstone Experience/Volunteer work:
-Summer of 2012 I observed a total of 37 hours at Women, Infants and Children programs throughout Montana, including Helena, Townsend, Whitehall and White Sulphur Springs. During this time, I assisted RD Ashlyn Jones in taking height, weight and measurements of clients. I also gained practice in applying the Nutrition Care Process to a case study client.
-Summer of 2008 I completed an internship with the Missoula AIDS council under the supervision of Christa Weathers, the Prevention Coordinator. I assisted her with implementing Community PROMISE, which is an outreach program targeting Missoula youth on safe sex practices. During this time, I gained experience in grant writing and project budgeting, and I was selected for a $5,000 YAMI grant for the Missoula AIDS Council.
